CID are true professionals. We had a challenging sink replacement and new faucet installation and they were prompt, attentive, reasonably priced and completed the job. The installation was made even harder due to a manufacturer error and a faucet-kit missing parts (twice). But Chris and the team were undeterred and came back three times to ensure everything was installed correctly, and we now have an amazing new single basin undermount sink and pull down faucet. My experience with consider it done plumbing was phenomenal. I had an issue with my sump pump and Chris offered as much assistance over the phone as he could, instructing me to send photos and walking me through how to test it out. I decided to have it replaced. Iggy and Adan did the job perfectly. Jerry and CID were very helpful. We’re moving into a new apartment and he was available to talk me through our issues when I was worried that something may have been off. I’m going to hire them to sign off on the apartments plumbing and make sure the water gets as hot as it should. It’s great to have a plumber who is trustworthy and reliable in NYC.
I ordered an automatic toto toilet, and they sent over 2 guys to install it. It took way longer than expected because some of the parts didn't match up with my system. But they were able to problem solve quickly and got the job done. Fantastic workers and super super nice on top of all of that. would 100% hire again.
CID was great - fast to respond to my inquiry, came over in a very short time, and unclogged the tub quickly and efficiently. So grateful to have found them in a pinch!
