The coordination from start to finish from Mackenzie was fantastic. I called in with a leaking water heater midday Sunday (non-emergency but needed to be fixed within the week) and the team was ready to go first thing Monday. Iggy, Chris, and Adan were exceptional in working in a tight utility closet space to replace my water heater (that was suspended 6 feet in the air from the ceiling) in my apartment. Best experience with a plumber I’ve had in NYC. Last night my shower was leaking water into the downstairs neighbor’s apartment. They came the next morning. Didn’t overcharge me or come up with hidden or surprise fees. Reasonably priced!
This is from a few years ago. But these guys are great. Did my water heater. Happy and it’s been YEARS with zero issues.
