Incredibly professional and killer operations. I called and spoke to a lovely human (Jerry) and then filled out a form and booked an appt the following morning at 8 AM. Chris and Iggy text me when they were on their way, they were on time and professional! I had an issue where the pipe under my kitchen sink was too low. I have a slide drawer, not cabinet doors so stuff under the sink kept bumping into the pipes which eventually ended up knocking it off, causing a leak. This review is long overdue but wow, I’m so happy I came across this plumbing company. First- Mackenzie, who helped me over the phone, is an angel! So friendly, so informative, so empathetic, esp compared to the other plumbing companies I called. She actually sold me on using the company. Then Ignacio- oh my goodness, what we went through. He helped me replace the wax seal on the toilet that had previously been damaged from our contractor. Our hot water heater wasn’t working. CID gave us an estimate and replacement the same day. The pricing was fair, service exceptional and they caught problems the previous plumber created that could have been health hazards. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back for all our plumbing needs. They were excellent.
Ignacio was professional, patient, and efficient. They explained the issue clearly, worked around co-op delays, and were very respectful to my elderly mom. Mackenzie, who coordinated everything, was also great—responsive, understanding, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
