Incredibly professional and killer operations. I called and spoke to a lovely human (Jerry) and then filled out a form and booked an appt the following morning at 8 AM. Chris and Iggy text me when they were on their way, they were on time and professional! I had an issue where the pipe under my kitchen sink was too low. I have a slide drawer, not cabinet doors so stuff under the sink kept bumping into the pipes which eventually ended up knocking it off, causing a leak. Our hot water heater wasn’t working. CID gave us an estimate and replacement the same day. The pricing was fair, service exceptional and they caught problems the previous plumber created that could have been health hazards. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back for all our plumbing needs. They were excellent.
Ignacio was professional, patient, and efficient. They explained the issue clearly, worked around co-op delays, and were very respectful to my elderly mom. Mackenzie, who coordinated everything, was also great—responsive, understanding, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Best experience with a plumber I’ve had in NYC. Last night my shower was leaking water into the downstairs neighbor’s apartment. They came the next morning. Didn’t overcharge me or come up with hidden or surprise fees. Reasonably priced!
The coordination from start to finish from Mackenzie was fantastic. I called in with a leaking water heater midday Sunday (non-emergency but needed to be fixed within the week) and the team was ready to go first thing Monday.
