I have a pickup and the waiting time is 4 hours to load they came 3 trucks before me and unloaded them first.

The career department is very unprofessional. The plant manger told a new employee they could use welders to send all that he knew. My friend put application in and called. Set up an interview and a weld test. Then was text and told that the supervisor didn’t think he could keep up with production shift. Sorry for the inconvenience. He’s been a welder for 13 years and worked two jobs only. He was at the first job for 10 years. When asked about why he was just told the supervisor didn’t think it’d work.
