I didn't actually eat here, but I've had three different terrible encounters with angry people stomping their way in there. God bless and save all you employees that have to deal with these goblins. EDIT: Also I'm legit laughing at the fact that the Owner clearly doesn't read reviews at all lol.
I have been a loyal customer of Cicis Pizza since 2000. I started visiting their location in Metairie, Louisiana. It is disappointing that the current system does not recognize my long history as a customer. However, I still enjoy this restaurant. It remains a great place for a pizza buffet. The food is consistent and the environment is pleasant. I will continue to visit for the variety they offer.
Everything was hot and ready on time. Loki was incredibly helpful and friendly!
01/05/26: Thank you for the chicken soup, thank you for my favorite BBQ pizza, Thank you for the cheese bread, triple thank you for the Bavarian, Cinnamon, Pumpkin, Chocolate, and Apple desserts! 11/12/25: We were starving and then we arrived.
