My family and I come to this location often, and we have never experienced an issue until this past Friday. When we arrived to dine, the cashier already appeared as though she did not want to be there. As we proceeded to place our order for the buffet, her attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming. Had it not been for the manager on duty who came to the front and handled the situation professionally and courteously, we probably would have walked out. The guy at the register had no customer service. Very rude
What a terrible terrible place. They didn't have ice for drinks or any utensils for salads. Place was busy and they didn't have almost any pizza out. Ordered a pizza and it was burnt. Wish I could get my money back!
