I called before I got there and said I have a free buffet coupon is it really free or does it cost money she said its free and if u get a water cup that's free too I went up there and they said 4.99 I said no thank you because it is supposed to be free I am so confused the lady said because I dont have enough points to redeem it so why can I redeem the coupon in store and scan it but it won't work I went to two different cicis today and I cant celebrate my birthday with out a free buffet
This is our go to location. Always clean and ready to get what you need And they’re manager Sam is very friendly and welcoming and makes you feel like family. I also 30 pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party and got good pricing and Sam even delivered to location and made things stress free.
Food was great, employees looked happy to be there specifically sam
