Iāve been going to this CiCis for years. Everyone is wonderful except the african American girl that works there. Iāve never paid for ranch to get a salad. She wanted to charge me a dollar per ranch for my salad. Not to mention how small the ranch is. The CiCis in Mesquite on Davis has better food, service and much cleaner. I would rather drive further for better service.Ā
The pizza was great, the staff was awesome even though I thought one of them was about to fight a customer, but in the end, he handled him very well āøļø. I also had fresh cinnamon rolls :)Ā
The service was awesome but the entertainment was better. there was a rude customer but the staff handled it very professionally I enjoyed my visit at this cicis location, I had the pressure of speaking with the manager Roselyn she was very respectful and friendly ( fun fact I made my dog after Ciciās pizza )Ā
The GM Samantha was absolutely amazing!! We wanted to take our cross country team out to eat after the District Meet. I went to another Cicis in the city and they would not accommodate us for the price we were asking. Came to this location and Samantha took great care of us!! She is absolutely incredible!! I look forward to having more team outings at this location!! Thank you so much Samantha!!Ā
The pizza is definitely not what I expected when it comes to taste-wise maybe because I havenāt been to Cicis in years but definitely wonāt be going back, for a family of four it was $57 I was like What.? When it comes to kids' buffet it should be at least till 12 years old. It is cheaper to order a pizza from Little Caesars or Pizza Inn or a different place for a better-tasting pizza.
