I tried placing an order thru the website & called they said the food was there waiting, i waited 2 hours for food. I called & they informed that orders often get lost on uber eats from purchasing thru website like seriously they could have said that the first time i called. I got refunded thankfully the manager was nice. But i won’t be ordering online again. Sucks bc i haven’t ate cicis in a long time & i love cicis! what a bummer.

The salad is set up is ridiculous!!! The first salad I got had a (beard hair) in it.. you literally having to stretch your whole body over just to get the toppings. Second time I went back there was a beetle bug and a in the salad lettuce! I told one of the girls about it and she literally grabbed the tongs out of my hand and salad and walked off didn't say a word no sorry about that or nothing!!!! the other girl just kept doing what she was doing. Great customer service
