This cici's has normally been pretty good with service and food quality but the past few times we have visited the experiences have been worse. With still an hour till closing time they quit making pizzas and desserts for the buffet but still taking customers money and not telling them they were done for the night. They even started stacking chairs with 45 min until closing. I am upset with the quality of service from a business who use to be one of the better in the area.
Years upon years of coming here and I get reminded why I don't come get pizza here . The desserts are always raw and uncooked. The pizza practically falls apart even when it's cooled. You'd think after years of the same story, they'd get there act together, but no. A new renovated restaurant isn't going to fix sorry pizza and desserts
Typical Cici’s pizza, food was decent nothing special! The issue I have is I called before we went to see how much the buffet was because we’ve not been there in years and the price I was told over the phone was not the price I paid. We were told the buffet was $12.98 for adult which included tax and drink and children were $6.48. When we looked at the receipt we were charged $13.83 per adult and $6.48 per child.
