***update - went again, empty buffet (new photos) Nothing on the buffet and only 20 people in the restaurant. The night manager was on her cellphone while telling people to wait 5 minutes for more pizza. Buffet was dirty and messy, past was empty as well. Pile of boxes on a table in the corner. Really disappointing management.Â

This cici's has normally been pretty good with service and food quality but the past few times we have visited the experiences have been worse. With still an hour till closing time they quit making pizzas and desserts for the buffet but still taking customers money and not telling them they were done for the night. They even started stacking chairs with 45 min until closing. I am upset with the quality of service from a business who use to be one of the better in the area.Â
