We loved coming here with the family. The pizza buffet is good and the staff is always outstanding. The new arcade is extremely bright and distracting. I now hate this place for this reason alone. There are 11 new claw machines and another two similar games all with bright flashing lights and music. I sat through 20 minutes of my meal with a kid repeatedly smashing a button making the machine shout “insert credit” in my ear. These kids working here do the best they can. They need stronger leadership/management and better training. Every pizza we tried was undercooked. I asked for a cheese Pizza well done and that one was also undercooked. Cinnamon rolls also tasted like raw dough in the middle. They were putting baby carrots straight from a bag into the buffet line without rinsing them. Some of the plates on the line were stuck together. Not clean at all. This place is run by teenagers for teenagers 🤣😂💀
The food is always fresh and the dining area is always clean when the older man is there. Most of the staff is friendly and quick to help when needed.
