The restaurant was so hot! And I witnessed one of the employees talking very aggressively to a customer who was being passive. Not impressed. Email sent to corporate already

Great family environment. Great place, good PIZZA and salad, one of my family favorite place to eat. I love that you can order any special pizza you like the way you like. Keep up great work.

This is my very first time at a cicis... I came in after the lunch rush and was a bit dissapointed that the bar though it was quite generous didnt have a pizza i would really like....but everything else looked good...especially the 3 types of desserts... Ashlee, at the register,was just wonderful and very helpful and friendly. I ended up with a nice thick fresh hot pizza exactly with what i wanted on it plus the whole bar. Yhe food was excellent... Good food, terrible service! Walk in and people just look at you and say nothing and no one is at the register! Then the supposed cashier says "I'm over here" like I'm the idiot when she just walked back to the register! Arcade games and candy machines are offered, but are either empty or don't work after you put money in and all the staff will tell you.... "Call Customer Service". Called to ask about hours , prices and food offered in their buffet. I explained that we as a family had never been there. The employee who answered answered questions about how late they were open and was vague on pricing for kids. He advised I would need to call back about their food offerings and hung up!! Well needless to say I didn't call back or take my family to eat there. They are now on my "Never List" meaning we will NEVER go there ever now. Deserves Zero stars. This so called "restaurant" is filthy with rude staff who obviously don't care about customers & show absolutely NO respect to the poor manager who doesn't have his staff under control. He shows no authoritative behavior to keep the restaurant in order. The buffet was not full, the food was dry and barely warm, the salad dressing was a mess and empty bottles, the cucumbers were ROTTEN. No cheese at the station. The moment you walk into the restaurant your greeted by a cheery employee. This is a buffet style pizza place. They have salad, soup, pizza and dessert. The Pizza is great, they have a wide variety. And if they don't have a particular one made they will make it and deliver a couple slices to your table. I love, love the macaroni & cheese pizza; I know it sounds strange - but try it!
