Lady who rang me was rude didn’t even address me and say hi and had me sitting there for ever waiting on her, she didn’t ask me if I wanted a drink just rang me up for one and I wanted water…. I paid for it anyways…. Then I put in an order for a pizza and I’m still sitting here 30 mins later and still don’t have my pizza out. I don't know why they don't allow to dine in if you are getting just pizza and not doing buffet. That's weird because whole restaurant was almost empty except 4 people dining in for buffet. Also the person behind the counter gave wrong information about size of pizza even after double checking with the chef I believe. It was told large is 16 inches whereas it was 14 inches. Order was veggie delight pizza and it has just 4 to 6 pieces of mushroom in total. Taste was fine though.
We usually eat out at or near Houston. We've been to this Cicis twice when we've been near College Station. And all of my family loves it. We are a family of 7, kids of different ages. We love that there's so much variety, so all of us get the kind of pizza we like. They continually take out hot pizza.
