Some of the things out on the buffet were old and hard but the new stuff coming out was great!

I usually enjoy Cicis, but during my recent visit, I had an uncomfortable experience with the drink-sharing policy during the $5.99 buffet deal. I fully understand the rule and was ready to comply, but I believe the manager spoke to me in a dismissive tone, saying “too bad, you have to get up and buy a cup now.” An employee who ended up charging me for the new cup added, “Yeah, sorry, he’s very strict on that when it comes to the $5.99 deal,” even though this is not an officially enforced policy.
