No English, no matter how you try to tell them. They still don't understand!!!! The buffet is the only thing keeping this pizza joint open. The ingredients are very good, the everything else, dives deep into the gutters. Someone needs to take this place over so employees can understand when someone is Requesting certain things. Then they can deal with it, but right now, No Comprendi!Â
I ate at Cicis today it was great gave us all we needed got the buffet paid $19.89 for a good deal everything was hot. Got the soup put noodles in it was good my friend ordered a specific pizza they cooked it quickly all the sa l ad bar was clean plates clean and WINSLONA was our manager service was great food good Â
My wheelchair-bound mother couldn't enter Cici's because a homeless man blocked the walkway. I asked the manager for help, but she refused to leave her post and told me to ask the man to move myself. This response seems inadequate; the manager should have called security or the police. Such situations are bad for business and customer safety. I'm sharing this experience to raise awareness about the issue. Â

This is the most disgusting excuse for a restaurant EVER! 2 women were having sex in the bathroom right next to my family and 11 month old child. They were moaning and screaming. All because the staff didn't catch them, they did ABSOLUTELY nothing. 3 children went in that bathroom while those women were in there. So be careful going to this cicis because there could be predators in the bathroom and cicis will only do something if you have proof. Me and my girlfriend came in at the 5503 S Hulen Cicis . The cashier was Robby .Buffet sign outside says Buffet is $3.99 a person . So he rings me up for two Buffets and 2 drinks. 2- drinks is 3.98 and 2 - buffets should be 7.98 + tax well I get my receipt and it says $15.22 So I tell the guy that’s too much and he gets mad and slams his hand down and storms off and gets the manager. The manger says it’s right and I say your computer is ripping people off . I only got one buffet for 3.99 and I paid 6.09 for the second one... read more
