The whole restaurant (dining area, bathrooms, buffet line, and what I could see of the prep area) was clean. The staff was extremely courteous and very motivated. The food was good, and the special order I made was delivered to the table promptly, with a smile, and the crew member introduced their self by name and was very respectful (that is, they didn't reach over other people's food or drinks to hand me my food). I highly recommend this restaurant.
This is the best Cici's in the state of Texas! Clean and friendly!
