Ralph Garcia On 9/25/2010 I visited this location with my wife, my brother and his wife. We were each charged the reg price of $5.99 for the Buffet meal. When I asked about the $3.99 special (25 Aniversary Special) we were told that the $3.99 special was for a take out pizza. I had seen on TV that the special was for the Buffett meal, this is why we went to CiCi's that day. The pizza's were good, the the pasta was not, needed more variaty of pasta.
