First of, as soon as I got there, the white older lady at the front desk had a bad attitude. I’m sorry but if you’re having a bad day, that’s a personal problem, not mine. You should be respectful & professional with all patients, especially if they’re not being rude to you. Second, the front desk people are not well trained. They’re not well informed at what needs an appointment or not. I called in advance & ask multiple times if appointment was needed, they said no multiple times.
