Moved to this practice after not having the best experiences with my previous one and I’m so happy I did! Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and the Dr that saw me pulled up my x rays and took pictures of my teeth to explain and show me everything. She was clearly passionate and very informative definitely found my new dentist here!
I had a great meeting and appreciate the candid feedback of the options for my dental care. My appointment was offered quickly and I don't even mind the doctor is Red Sox fan because he employs Yankee fans!
I visited Cicero Family Dentistry in Cicero, NY in March 2025 for a cavity in my back molar, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had. During the visit, Dr. Jennifer Lonnen spent a considerable amount of time giving a history lesson about dentistry, which felt unnecessary and unhelpful. Such a wonderful place. Love all the staff. I was always terrified of the dentist but now don’t mind at all. And they are amazing with our boys!
