I took my car into be serviced about a week ago. I was told by the owner that I needed a driveshaft replacement & that it would cost me $1700 for the repair. When I asked for a breakdown of the bill, he said $200 for labor & $1500 for parts. I then told him that I would need an itemized bill for the parts. He in turn started to say that he does not do that & that I would not get the same price for parts that he does. He proceeded to turn the cost around and say it was for a warranty. Had to get an aftermarket muffler and exhaust reattached after previous owner cut them off on a truck I just got(almost 20yrs old but a beast) and I was referred here by Goodyear during my inspection as it would fail without. Went straight there, was told they could get me in in about 16 minutes. Then due to fabrication needed it'd take a couple hours.
