Amazing management!
I lived in the Lofts on 4th for several years. For the first couple years it was great. The apartment, even though we were on the 2nd floor on East 4th, was very quiet. Something we had actually specifically asked about when initially renting the apartment. Management was reasonably good and maintenance requests were handled relatively quickly. I've lived here a few years. Mgmt is great and staff is attentive to maintenance issues and the like. I would reccomend. Decent space for decent price.
