The best. I moved from Rutland a while ago and still make the effort to drive in for serious auto work. I remember once I needed my car back after their closing hours (My own fault for not getting it earlier) and gave them a call not realizing they were closed. I guess the owner checks the voicemail at home just incase or something because he game a call back from his home phone and told me to meet him at the shop. RUN AWAY!!!!!! – I'd have to agree with the other posters...this place needs a sincere on the job training when it comes to customer service and treating people with respect. Purchased 2 tires from them and in over 18 months and only 9,000 they went bald. I went in to try to utilize the warranty and told me there was none!.....And you get what you pay for! Nice huh? I paid over $300.00 for 2 tires.
Dumber then dumb – I called this place to get a set of winter tires, big mistake!!!! The man that answered the phone was rude and had absolutely NO knowledge of anything I had to ask. For the price of tires and/or repairs on vehicles today, I don't think anybody should have to be treated with disrespect the way I was. After all I would have been the one to "make a buck" off of. The only reason I rated this place with 1 star is because, they wouldn't let me rate it 0!!!!
