Dr. Cicaleese is kind, thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring. He explained the process and the work was done painlessly and professionally. He took his time in assessing the situation. I am truly grateful for him going above and beyond to explain what to expect during and after the root canal. A great all around experience. The office staff was very accommodating and nice to work with.
