Recently helped my daughter purchase a vehicle from CIC Motors. Kelly was great to deal with and everything was as advertised. Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Kelly in the future. Even better is that CIC is partnered with OK Tire so we were able to get a great deal on a set of winter tires.
I've had occasion to bring my 2016 Dodge RAM Sport pick-up to CIC Customs several times now over the past couple of years. Each time, I was booked in quickly and the problems were diagnosed and repaired with 100% efficiency and professionalism. This is review has been a long time coming. I was referred to these guys by Mercedes for winter rims. After getting dicked around and ripped off with other businesses in Kelowna over the last few years, we’ve finally found our forever tire and rim guys. Cic is professional, reliable and honest. I found a beautiful black 2015 Mazda 3 at CIC Motors for our daughter. We were in touch with Kelly, the owner, and right from the beginning, I was impressed that he would send me information about the car even before I request it! There were a lot of emails and phone calls figuring out all my questions but nowhere did I feel poorly treated, in fact, the opposite is true.
