This is review has been a long time coming. I was referred to these guys by Mercedes for winter rims. After getting dicked around and ripped off with other businesses in Kelowna over the last few years, we’ve finally found our forever tire and rim guys. Cic is professional, reliable and honest. I purchased a 2013 Audi Q7 from Kelly last month. The communication was fantastic. Kelly LITERALLY had to jump through hoops with being able to get me into this vehicle and was able to make it happen! I would 100% purchase another vehicle from CIC motors. Thanks again Kelly for being super communicative and getting shit done!
Amazing staff and mechanics, took great care of my car, and kept amazing contact with me, giving any updates while they worked. I highly recommend this shop, they will do everything they can to make sure you’re taken care of.
Contacted them about a truck ad they had on Auto Trader and emailed them right away. It took 3 days to get back to me, only to be told that it sold and if I was interested in some other trucks. Grrr.
