Contacted them about a truck ad they had on Auto Trader and emailed them right away. It took 3 days to get back to me, only to be told that it sold and if I was interested in some other trucks. Grrr.

Very friendly staff, I also found there tire prices to be the best in Kelowna. I must have called over 10 other tire stores in Kelowna. They also provide storage for your tires when you have them changed seasonally.

Came in for a level kit and tires to be put on, drove on the highway and felt some resistance. Brought it in to a different shop only to find that the bolts on the new suspension were barely screwed in causing so much strain in my ball joints they needed to be replaced and my front tires were shredded so deep through the rubber you could see the lining in under 1,000 km. Great staff super knowledgable always get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to CIC for any mechanical repairs or vehicle servicing needs:)

Without any doubt, this is the best facility to have your vehicles maintained. Alex continually goes above and beyond with his customer service and knowledge. Work is diagnosed, and only what needs attention is dealt with. Having trust in your automotive facility is very important. Great job Alex and team!
