Was really hoping to meet Dr. Panicker as I have seen very good reviews. Unfortunately, the people managing his office is poor. After contacting the office three times and giving my medical information twice, they still were unable to “locate” my information to verify my insurance. One of the times I was promised a follow up call within 24hrs. I waited four business days prior to calling back.
