Really nice place sneaky good ambiance if you get a good table, had the Cod Picatta 7/10 and Chicken Marsala 8/10. Sat the bar and was enjoying the light banter with Walt. He was fantastic. Would recommend. Prices are reasonable to boot!
While the ambience, service and wine selection was excellent, the food fell short. The Meatball appetizer was good and the bread service divine, however, the House risotto was undercooked and the seafood over cooked. The House salad was served with wilted lettuce and covered in no less than 25 pepperacini’s along with the juice which drowned out the dressing. The Chicken Marsala also underwhelming. The 4 of us each ordered a different entree - each one was delicious! The spin dip was very enjoyable - as was the bruschetta. The waiter went out of his way to make ice tea for me even though they don't carry it on their menu. The venue is just beautiful and the music is low and pleasurable.
You can’t convince me the seafood risotto was anything other than frozen seafood mixed with Campbells clam chowder and rice. It looked like prison slop. The bread was stale and hard as a rock. Avoid this after your shows downtown.
Had the lasagna appart from the edges being crunchy and dry it tasted very good. Atmosphere is good nice restaurant server was great. One thing I did notice is one of the bus boys (Tallest person there) attire was awful his shirt was half out of his pants it looked very unprofessional. Another thing I noticed is the in and out of employees the front room should never be used as a way for them to get in or out of work.
