Refused to see me. Even though the website says walk ins welcome, I was told we don’t take walk ins or new patients. I must not meet their demographic. Feels like discrimination. Waiting room was empty.
Everyone is friendly, seems to care, the atmosphere is relaxing. Dr Munoz, listens, and is taking action. It is a unique experience, I love it and highly recommend this location and office. Jason took my blood and I never felt a thing it was wonderful. Great job everyone.
Early this year I started seeing Dr. Munoz at the location by The Rim and it’s been wonderful. The level of care and time they take with you as an individual is like nothing else I’ve experienced around here. I understand with the current insurance-based model of medicine basically all the doctors are time-constrained now. This facility is definitively not worth the expense. We've had issues even getting in to be seen, most recently needing more than a week's notice to get an appointment. For the issues that we have had, we've been referred out to clinics or ER's rather than being seen at the facility. I'm honestly not sure what we're paying for. We recently cancelled our membership, and were told that we have to pay a 30 day cancellation. Ok, that's fine.
