The staff is friendly enough but I don't feel like the doctor did anything to help me at all barely touched my hand when I have two broken knuckles on my right hand. He said my X-ray looks good. You can clearly see in the x-ray that my knuckle is pushed way back and resting on the side I asked him if he was going to fix it and he said no I'm not gonna do the surgery. I work with my hands I'm a cook and I'm right handed and the fact that he can just sit there and charge my insurance for doing nothing really bothers me. He lit... read more
The staff here is amazing. Especially Sam, who went above and beyond for me. The doctor sat down on my level to talk to me.
We were referred to this place... Unfortunately the experience from the time we stepped in the door it was uninviting. The male staff member was rude and ended up voicing a clients information out loud in the lobby area. Which was a HIPA violation. Then as we were filling out paperwork they scheduled someone in our time slot thinking we weren't prepared. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
