I am very disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I scheduled this visit two months in advance and specifically planned it during my summer break as a teacher. After rearranging my schedule and canceling other plans, I was called and informed that my appointment had to be rescheduled because the doctor needed to perform an emergency surgery. Very rude, waited an hour and a half while workers threw a party and everyone sat there not helping WORSE service I’ve had.
The entire staff performs high quality customer service including the front desk. Facility Staff members demonstrate compassion, empathy, dedication. I sincerely appreciate all of the high quality care you have shown patients about how cardiologists care about health, dietary, and always willing to educate patients towards personal self care dietary. The staff is friendly enough but I don't feel like the doctor did anything to help me at all barely touched my hand when I have two broken knuckles on my right hand. He said my X-ray looks good. You can clearly see in the x-ray that my knuckle is pushed way back and resting on the side I asked him if he was going to fix it and he said no I'm not gonna do the surgery. I work with my hands I'm a cook and I'm right handed and the fact that he can just sit there and charge my insurance for doing nothing really bothers me. He lit... read more
