Today , august 4th,2026/, I had an appointment at 8:45 am. Whem i got to the clinic, the receptionist told me tthat my appointment was on Wednesday as dr Binder always does surgeries on tuesdays and Thursdays. I made this appointment 3 months ago and yet they knowingly made my appointment for a day when the doctor would be doing surgeries. I am very disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I scheduled this visit two months in advance and specifically planned it during my summer break as a teacher. After rearranging my schedule and canceling other plans, I was called and informed that my appointment had to be rescheduled because the doctor needed to perform an emergency surgery. Very rude, waited an hour and a half while workers threw a party and everyone sat there not helping WORSE service I’ve had.

The entire staff performs high quality customer service including the front desk. Facility Staff members demonstrate compassion, empathy, dedication. I sincerely appreciate all of the high quality care you have shown patients about how cardiologists care about health, dietary, and always willing to educate patients towards personal self care dietary.
