So I’ve lived in 14 apartments across 5 US states. Hands down, Cibola was the biggest ripoff on the dollar I’ve ever lived in. No question. Cockroaches. Often. And they tried to hide it and downplay the severity of them throughout the building. Numerous pest control visits divulged a lot to me - those boys had visited Cibola LOTS and told me all about it. The office staff was so friendly and informative. Such a breath of fresh air. Looking forward to working together in the possible future. Property is pretty. Love the updated unit. Lots of space and storage which is really important. You'll have access to pool, hotub, gym, and sauna.
My rent payment is always wrong. I pay the rent early and I get late fees. One month it said I owe 68.00 dollars for the month.
Cibola is one of the nicest communities to live in! The grounds are kept up. The Pool and Sauna are clean. The fitness center and bathrooms are also always in order. we are in walking distance to some of our favorite places. We just renewed our lease for a 2nd year and plan on staying here much longer. Thank you Cibola!
