Does this look like a latte? It was like drinking weak tea after waiting 20 minutes it was undrinkable! Multiple complaints about wrong orders and wait times - I think you need some new staff.
Waited 20 minutes before we went up and our drinks were just sitting g there. One Luke warm. The other tastes. Burnt. Didn’t get my lemonade or raise n toast. Toast was hard and cold. We asked them to remake the Burnt tasting coffee and it still tastes burnt. Tables were an absolute mess
Staff could crack a smile! Miserable as sin
So sad to see the food offerings at CIBO. It was pathetic. I had a hot cross bun this morning and only had half. It was stale and rock hard and that was after it was toasted. At least the coffee was good.
