Wrap was good but service was appalling. Extra shot not possible, extra hot not possible.Employees need to understand this is a service industry!
Just terrible… The service wasn’t flash before their little few months closure and I’m regretful to say it’s still below par after reopening… The lack of customers says it all and apparently common sense is lost of this lot of staff. No one should have to point out if your business charges for a premium coffee and the part that makes it to most expensive coffee on the menu isn’t available, then you should perhaps offer to not charge for the milk surcharge. There is something very wrong with their coffee. It was my first time since their store reopened. It didn't even taste remotely like coffee. So disappointing.
Server didnt listen to order gave me a latte instead of a capp, disappointed as they dont even pay attention to what is being said.
Appreciate the attitude eg didn’t try to make out they cared or used manners. Almost every table was empty but for mess left of tables. I opted for a takeaway and sat down after clearing a table.
