Inept service. FIL dealt with Julie so I am writing on his behalf. Zero stars if possible. He is pleased with CIBC overall and has just changed to a different person and is now happy and confident with the person he is dealing with.
If there was an utterly disappointed star, I would press it. My mother had a locked in CIBC Wood Gundy account. She became ill. She wanted to use and gift what little money she had. Form after form was filled out. Then we were told it was the wrong form. Assurances were offered by CIBC that it would be resolved, but no. Doctors were asked to certify her condition.
