Been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days to complete a transaction. NO one answers the phone. This is actually ridiculous. Annette Trotter is the rep from CIBC trust whose name is listed as executor for an estate of recently deceased, I have made a deal to purchase a vehicle from the estate and require her confirmation being executor but can't move forward because no one who works here is even remotely reachable. I can safely say CIBC Trust won't be going anywhere near my money or assets seeing how much of a mickey mouse ... read more
