After 40 plus years of banking at CIBC I was involved with fraud and they refuse to cover a amount that was taken so I am leaving this bank
Not fully accessible to handicap no place to place wheelchair for clients to easily access countertop to sign documents sorry passing a pen down over the counter for handicap customers to sign documents does not cut it!! MUST DO BETTER ACT UPON THIS NOW!!!!!
