I had a disappointing experience at this CIBC; the front desk staff couldn’t provide the letter I needed, and after 15-20 minutes, they were speaking in some foreign language, I felt like they were frustrated with me and bullshitting me, which was not professional for a Canadian bank like CIBC—I couldn’t help but feel out of place and had to go elsewhere.
