The bank seems to look run down. There was a bank teller eating while taking care of people's financial needs. Why are they eating and chewing food while I'm trying to do my banking?? Unprofessional. The phones are never answered when trying to reach a financial advisor.
The most useless customer service I have ever experienced. We tried to get money using their ATM machine. The machine did not spilled the money out. We tried to talk to their reps and the excuses started. 1st they said it was not their problem because we have a Simplii account. Then it was because they do not have managers.
