We bought our home in 2010, and we have dealt with Pam R.and Craig D, since then for all our banking needs. And I can tell you this branch is very lucky to have her! Pam has gone above and beyond for us in answering and accommodating our needs, taking our messages at the most inappropriate times. We have followed her throughout her transfers and she has always come through for us. Pam is a positive person and cares about her clients. Cibc should never let her go .
Terrible service at teller. They don't care how many people are waiting. 5 or 6 booths lucky if you get 2 people. I always seem to wait a long time just for simple task that can't be done on an insta teller. I deal with quite a few banks always seem to have longest wait times at this location.
Can't even go to the atm after 5pm because they lock the doors
