The most useless customer service I have ever experienced. We tried to get money using their ATM machine. The machine did not spilled the money out. We tried to talk to their reps and the excuses started. 1st they said it was not their problem because we have a Simplii account. Then it was because they do not have managers. They will close access to your card at any chance they can possibly get they have a real problem with just fully locking you away from your fund, this is not a trustworthy bank. They've went to far in the opposite direction with fraud protection and have made it the clients problem as a result. Making you give up an hour of your own time to solve it they don't respect your time or finances here.
They wasted 3 hours of my time and couldn't do anything about my account issue anyways. I had such a bad experience that I called WFCU WHILE I WAS WAITING and they were able to make an appointment to transfer my accounts over within just a few minutes.

Came in with 3 cashiers open. 2 closed after their customer. Now 1vcashier open dealing.g with same customer since I walked in.15 minutes now. One person in fro t of me.
