I had a bank account already i opened online, i went in to get a new credit card. The friendly staff at the front booked me in with Curtis. I came in for my appointment a few days later and got set up with exactly what I needed.
CIBC worst bank to get a credit card from… only bank that has repeatedly given me nothing but grief to use a simply credit card I have several cards and 0 issues with any of them but these guys not the case spent much of my time being wasted going to the branch or on hold with customer service to get my card sorted out and months go by still no working credit card lmao all to save my Costco membership fee.. do yourself a favour and just pay the Costco membership and avoid CIBC
Service was good. Cibc seems disorganized as a whole. Went in yesterday for a bank draft was told that I needed both signers. Called cibc directly and was told otherwise.
I used to love this branch…. I don’t know what happened!?
