I’ve had mixed experiences at this branch overall. The wait times can sometimes be quite long, but once I’m served, the process is usually quick and straightforward. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Bianca, who was a breath of fresh air. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful with what I needed. She made the visit feel much more welcoming, and honestly, she is one of the nicest tellers I’ve ever had. Thank you, Bianca!

Teamwork? This CIBC branch knows all about it! Bianca, Leah and a honorary mention to one of the managers, Gautam, who were the warmest and most helpful on the day I visited, answering all my questions and going above and beyond to make sure I was able to procure all documents necessary for my work. Whenever a hiccup would come up, Gautam would step in and give recommendations while also going out of his way to finding alternatives. Leah and Bianca worked like champs at the front desk.
