A more useless branch with more useless workers would be hard to find. Essentially it can’t help you with anything: can’t pay bills, can’t accept cash, can’t really do anything, can’t can’t can’t. But if you’re up for a dumb smile and a clueless stare, it’s your place!
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this branch. I had a confirmed appointment (booked one week in advance by another CIBC branch) to open a High Interest Savings Account. Upon arrival, I was told that the advisor, Nadine Tabbara, “only serves high-class / high-value clients” and that I did not qualify, so she would not see me at all. Came here to pick up a replacement card and only one employee in sight and not even another employee came out to assist others waiting in line. This is totally unacceptable!
