got absolutely berated by an older lady named Valerie. i went in to get a new card, and was instantly greeted by annoyance, before I could even utter out a single word. she wasn’t listening to the fact my account was under my mothers name and kept cutting me off, lecturing me, rolling her eyes, etc. quite frankly almost made me cry right in front of her, i was being super kind, and left absolutely no reason for this kind of treatment (some customers can be a pain and it’s frustrating, i get it.
