Worst customer service Employees were very rude and very disorganized I had an appointment booked with one of the acount managers which I took time off work to attend , 30 min before my appointment someone from the branch called my house to confirm I was coming in for my appointment that day I said "yes I will be there for my appointment at the scheduled time see you soon" WHEN I GOT TO THE BANK I WAS INFORMED THAT THE PERSON WHO I HAD THE APPOINTMENT WITH WAS NOT AT WORK BECAUSE SHE DESIDED TO TAKE THE DAY OFF I understand ... read more
