Don’t bother coming here unless you enjoy your time being wasted
Absolutely brutal customer service. Debating switching banks just because the few times a year I need them to do something is so painful. They never answer the phone, and take days to reply to emails. Last time dealing with a guy named Chowdhury, it took 6 weeks to get a LOC increase due to their slow replies. I also 'missed' a credit line payment because I was told on the phone auto pay was set up when it was not. They do not show that they care to keep you as a customer or that they deserve to do so.
