Absolutely brutal customer service. Debating switching banks just because the few times a year I need them to do something is so painful. They never answer the phone, and take days to reply to emails. Last time dealing with a guy named Chowdhury, it took 6 weeks to get a LOC increase due to their slow replies. I also 'missed' a credit line payment because I was told on the phone auto pay was set up when it was not. They do not show that they care to keep you as a customer or that they deserve to do so.
Your drive through ATM display shows the wrong insertion picture of the bank card and had to waste almost 30 minutes because of that Please change it
My experience with this branch was very good.Special thanks to Anyela Artunduaga, who understood the urgency of my request and was very kind and willing to help when other branches of cibc in city were not helpful at all. Thank you
