Absolutely amazing experience with Vanessa! She helped me open a new investment account, introduced me to new investment options and was just simply fabulous! She was so friendly and helpful. I actually had fun talking about investment options. Met a few other staff while there and they were very friendly also. Looking forward to my next appointment
The front desk representative (a young man) on March 20, 2026, was not very helpful and did not demonstrate polite customer service during my visit for a quick banking service. I found the interaction to be unprofessional and unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this banking centre based on my experience. Additionally, when I thanked him at the end of the interaction, there was no acknowledgment in return. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Thank you.
May as well be a branch without an ATM. Not only as a customer, but a stakeholder as well, this is unacceptable. Locking access to the ATMs after hours makes them completely pointless, such a waste of space, electricity and people's time.
Great branch! It’s the second time I’ve been here and the employees have always been helpful and patient. I didn’t quite got the names but I was helped today by Suzan and Darren I think, and they were both amazing. Very nice, professional and helpful. I will come back here if I ever have another problem with my card! I recommend
