"No public washroom" I get it it's annoying ppl coming to use washroom.. but this is not in downtown Toronto or busy area. You don't have 100 ppl coming to use washroom here. I even said to lady I am potential customer, still no. Now I have this image and may not be customer forever with Cibc. This is ridiculous
Why this location closed on saturday? Even though all other branches are open .it only opens 9.30 to 5 .00 on weekdays and i also works the same hours ,What if i need something from locker ? How can i reach to bank in these hours ? I also went recently and there was no attendent for 25 min since I needed to go to my locker They were all inside talking.
No customers service at all.
Sitting in the bank, nobody to serve you. Just one employee, four people waiting, no tellers. manager pass by and doesnt come back. Not sure if this is actually an operational branch
Theres no tellers at this location. Its just an empty shell
