Had not been here in quite a while. Did not realize that they no longer have tellers only machines. Not an issue as I only needed a machine and I'm sure there was notices posted at the time when they were changing over. Not quite sure what the focus of this bank is now but also have not looked it up. Not my main branch. Location is good as there's a parking lot that is usually not full and it is easy to locate. Never had an issue with the ATMs.
This company has allowed a man to sit in their parking lot asking people for money. Corner of st louis and Wyandotte, windsor. This person has exposed himself to females and been verbally aggressive to women who won't give him money. He has urinated on neighbors property and business, as well cause a noise disturbance playing music. His friends now gather with shopping carts and the smoke and drink. I was having some frustration with my elderly moms accounts. Talking to telephone service persons was a total exercise in frustration. So I went here to speak face to face. The staff rapidly explained why I was having issues trying to help mom. I think the phone reps could have been just as helpful but seemed to not know how to explain the issue to me. Just note, this is not a traditional bank branch, there are ATM but now Tellers, the persons at this site seem to be investment and or loan personnel.
