No sense of urgency or problem solving approach. As a customer it feels like you have to have your own background understanding of how their system works and present your own solutions as suggestions for any action to be taken.
The customer service at this branch sucks. The tellers are very rude, curt, and they look like they couldn’t be bothered to talk to you. No manners whatsoever. Would it kill them to smile? CIBC Management should seriously take note of this. It’s highly embarrassing for their brand, especially for a head office branch.
Teller and Manager don't know how to find a trade name of a business in their system. Branch doesnt pick up phone calls.
Do not even bother to go to this branch. I have diligently googled their services and arrived prepared with all docs, but these guys just dont know what they re doing. They aren't able to process the services they advertise as available. I have visited this place several times and they proved again and again how incompetent and unprofessional they are. When every visit ends with 'deal with it on your own', then what kind of services are we even talking about?!
