Unfortunately, my experience at this location was far from satisfactory. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes just to deposit a check, which is an unreasonably long time compared to other banks. There seemed to be a lack of staff or poor organization, making the experience frustrating and inefficient. I hope the bank improves its service to ensure a smoother and faster process for customers.

Every time I come to this branch I’m reminded why I should try a different one next time. Seems like nothing happens smoothly and there is always a line up and only one teller. Hopefully others have a better experience!

I spoke with Dominic, the branch manager today and was disgusted with the lack of care when it comes to a business owners time. I was trying to close an account that is currently costing me $40/month in fees, attempting to either close it or at least change it to reduce the monthly fees proved to be futile. I was told that this needs to be done in person and cannot be changed over the phone.
