Had an amazing experience while coming in for an appointment with Tony. I had loads of questions and he was extremely helpful and patient. The staff here is knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend this location to anyone.
This is NOT a bank with ATM, it's an office without teller, a pure waste of time. Get the terminology right. 100% useless managers, I asked if they have teller? No answer just walked out when I was speaking. Extremely rude and disrespectful.
The five stars are for Maggie Xiang who spent a long time helping us close down a Visa account that had a credit on it . She was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. There would be only 1 star for the bank, making the process so difficult that we as customers could not navigate the frustrating system on our own. Maggie was a most valuable asset today! Thanks to her, the problem is at long last sorted out.
Great customer service from Roy Yang, he was truly helpful and knowledgeable.
