Very kind and knowledgeable staff
*** Oh what a difference a couple years makes. I had originally provided a good review, recognizing that CIBC as an entity was terrible, but at least the staff at the branch tried. Fast forward a couple years, and they have had almost 100% turnover and I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. Just a terrible place. Maybe one teller remains of the good bunch.
