I activated my card, set my PIN, and walked to the ATM to make a deposit only to be told "Account Not Available." I sat there and read every piece of literature they gave me. CIBC president should be ashamed, his policies are absolutely terrible and the bank discriminates against seniors in my opinion...
The bank charged me below threshold fee because the credit card charged my bill twice. The information the clerks gave was all different, which made me go to the branch twice and called the credit card service twice. And you know what happened? They only return me half of the below threshold fee. FINE. But how can the credit card service charge me another return fee after all this drama?

I want to commend Echo at this CIBC branch for being exceptionally kind and professional. She helped us sort out a mistaken credit card issue and was fantastic both times we visited. However, the rest of the branch staff was unfortunately quite unprofessional. After a long wait, they were rude about seating and unhelpful when I asked to see a manager. I hope the branch can improve its overall customer service.
