010-01102 Nice Beautiful new branch 2023
If you’re coming to the branch please speak to Serif. I have been to this branch 3 times now over the last week and have met with 3 different advisors and by far he was the most helpful. I would rate him 5/5 however my previous experience with the other 2 advisors are knocking it down to a 3. Serif listened to the troubles I was having, assured me he has dealt with this issue many times before and took all necessary actions before I left.

Im imperial service and the security guy stopped me from entering the branch 5 mins before closing i rann all the way from bloor to this location just to get turned away WHILE IT WAS STILL OPEN . Dude should get fired for being this mediocre to the loyal clients. The standards of service has reduced greatly since the time i worked here. Will be moving my banking elsewhere.
