Honestly, I barely leave bad reviews because I don’t like doing that to businesses. However the experience at this bank location has been exceptionally bad. I went to them 3 times to do a simple wire transfer which they were unable to do for me. First time I come in, I was greeted by a financial advisor who was unable to do it because it’s transferring USD to Jordan and wasn’t willing to help me in anyway. Do not use this bank. For example, I will give a situation that happened to me. I had a credit limit of $4500, and I bought an iPhone for $2000, and paid with a credit card. The next day the bank reduced my limit to $500 and withdrew additional funds from my account for exceeding the limit. This is crap.
This was the worst experience we’ve had. My husband went to have his card unlocked, but no one could explain why it had been blocked. The employee assisting him contacted the manager, who was also unable to provide an answer. Both were unprofessional and rude. It felt as though they were more concerned about closing soon than helping a customer. Very disappointing service!
