Do not use this bank. For example, I will give a situation that happened to me. I had a credit limit of $4500, and I bought an iPhone for $2000, and paid with a credit card. The next day the bank reduced my limit to $500 and withdrew additional funds from my account for exceeding the limit. This is crap.
This was the worst experience we’ve had. My husband went to have his card unlocked, but no one could explain why it had been blocked. The employee assisting him contacted the manager, who was also unable to provide an answer. Both were unprofessional and rude. It felt as though they were more concerned about closing soon than helping a customer. Very disappointing service!

Update: accessible door was fixed and now remains open for a longer period of time. The lighting has also been fixed. Thank you for fixing this. Unfortunately the accessible ramp is something that cannot be immediately fixed but that is understandable and not a specific CIBC issue.
