They were too lazy to invest any time into renewing my mortgage so instead put me on a new temporary 6 month term in which they charged 10 percent interest and didn't even tell me. Ended up taking 10k from me and won't give it back
Iam very disappointed withCIBC BANK,they don't have tellers,the Indian girl seating at the door wouldn't even push the the door opened for the customers,so lazy!!
Ya, it can be pretty sketchy at this branch sometimes, you got homeless sleeping right next to the ATM & then you have them begging you for money when you leave... I try to avoid this location as much as possible. But, it's hardly ever open now anyways, can't access your money at all after 5pm. Basically FU, so what are you going to do?
This is supposed to be a banking centre. You can imagine how shocked I was to find out that there are no bank tellers at this branch location. First of all, it appears that the building is empty, I had to look for an actual person hidden in an office. Her first question was "do you have an appointment?". I asked where the tellers are located. She advised me that they had no tellers but offered to assist me with using the ATM. Their service is poor and that’s secondary but their behaviour and how they treat the clients is way worse they are rude and disrespectful
