Not a actual branch, no tellers and the ATM room is locked outside hours.
Worst hours ever , they close at 4pm in the week and closed on Saturday & Sundays . You would think the ATM part would at least be open but it’s not . They should think of allowing only Cibc customers to be able to enter the atm part by unlocking the doors by scanning your CIBC card
ATM is only available during banking hours
They were too lazy to invest any time into renewing my mortgage so instead put me on a new temporary 6 month term in which they charged 10 percent interest and didn't even tell me. Ended up taking 10k from me and won't give it back
Iam very disappointed withCIBC BANK,they don't have tellers,the Indian girl seating at the door wouldn't even push the the door opened for the customers,so lazy!!
