I had Grace help me with opening up a bank account and maximizing the growth of my funds. She was super awesome, excellent to work with, and very helpful. I would highly recommend her. She is without a doubt the best.
I don’t understand why this branch has such low reviews. I’ve been there ten times in the past year and they’ve been very helpful every single time.

If I can give zero stars to this branch and the whole CIBC, I would gladly so. I deposited $485 into my bank account on ATM and it literally stopped working as it calculated the money and 17 bank notes showed. They said they will figure it out and the ATM will balance it out and have my money deposited. They also gave me the manager’s card and yo call her in case there is no money. Guess what? No money.
