1 star because I can’t leave 0 stars. Worst customer service EVER. No call backs, no communication, no updates, no one answers the phone (calling 5 times in a row!) or returns messages. No follow up what so ever. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF!!! When I say the WORST customer service EVER - I mean literally EVER! Dealing with this branch has been an absolute nightmare. Older guy curly hair has an attitude problem, needs to change his tone of voice when speaking with clients. Shouldn’t be in a customer service role if you can’t
