ATM locked at 9pm. I can understand not wanting to leave the vestibule open all night but 9:00pm?! Before grocery stores close ? Really???!!!
I just had the worst banking experience at this CIBC branch. The customer service lady that took my request was so rude and insisted i had to visit my branch in toronto where i opened my account to do a transaction and that she cannot help me. Despite providing a valid ID and phone number. This is terrible banking service and im closing my account with CIBC immediately !
They don’t answer the phone on purpose. I left a complaint with headquarters but recently I was waiting in the branch and decided to call just to see if they would answer since I was the only person in the branch but they just sat there looking at the phone doing nothing to assist.
They never answered calls. They said that no one does that anyway and government agencies don't anyway. That's laziness!
