I don't know why, but the employees at this branch are extremely rude for no reason.

“I visited the branch today and was assisted by an older lady with brown hair. When I explained that I have multiple addresses because I study in another city, she told me ‘it’s not funny,’ even though I wasn’t joking. It made me feel uncomfortable. I think the staff should be more patient and professional when customers are explaining their situation.”
