They never answered calls. They said that no one does that anyway and government agencies don't anyway. That's laziness!
Would leave 0 if possible. CIBC and the employees at the Ottawa branch have been provided the absolute worst service. I have been trying to liquidate accounts to settle an estate after my uncle's passing and they have done nothing. It's been almost 8 months! They are ignoring me and my attorneys. Do Not Bank with CIBC!
Parked at 8:50am for a half hour , knowing I'll be back on time for the bank to open at 930 (I'm a customer) and someone from your branch tried to power trip me on the parking spot , threatening to tow me. I'm a customer, parking in the spot, going to a café nearby until your location opens at 930. Hope your power trip was worth it because now I'm switching to BMO later today. Terrible terrible way to treat people , and whatever old lady it was that works there, I hope you get a life so you don't feel the need to power trip ... read more
