Basically pointless to be a customer of a big bank these days. Credit Unions offer better terms. The only think big banks had was convenience, they dont even let you use an atm after dark anymore. Time for change.
I don't know why, but the employees at this branch are extremely rude for no reason.

“I visited the branch today and was assisted by an older lady with brown hair. When I explained that I have multiple addresses because I study in another city, she told me ‘it’s not funny,’ even though I wasn’t joking. It made me feel uncomfortable. I think the staff should be more patient and professional when customers are explaining their situation.”
