Apparently 24 hour atms are no longer a thing. Doors locked at 5:30AM
I am disappointed with my experience at the CIBC ATM this morning. I arrived at 7:15 AM, my second time expecting it to be available as clearly indicated on the sign at the door stating it opens at 7:00 AM. Unfortunately, the ATM was still not operational, forcing me to make a third trip after already visiting twice earlier. This has prevented me from withdrawing the cash I urgently needed. I hope CIBC can address this issue to ensure better reliability for customers in the future.
