No problems with the service at this bank but I cant get over the absolutely horrific smell in the ATM area. It was clear that the floor had just been mopped, but that did not elimate the gut wrenching aroma that was coming from whatever just died in there. We had to cover our faces the entire time we withdrew our American Cash and sprint out of there before passing out from holding our breath. Worst customer service from Mathew and Marilin!!!! Came in today for a simple transaction they said they can’t help me as they have a new policy change since covid, but literally a superviser had done it for me couple months ago, which is past covid time. So disappointed with this branch. They should know better and to help their customers, especially that I’ve been with CIBC for many and many years.
This 1* rating (should be zero) is for CIBC and not reflective of this particular branch. The company's business division is a very unprofessional outfit. Poor customer service on every level. Will never use another product/service again. 👎👎👎
