This is by far the worst CIBC branch that me and my wife have ever had to deal with as business owners. Poor customer service overall and including the bank manager Thelma Mhakayakcora who does return phone calls after leaving her several messages over a period of a few days. Not to mention the branch itself looks unprofessional and deserted (very unwelcoming). We will be taking our business and mortgage elsewhere based on our experience and letting their head office know as well. We wouldn't even give this branch a 1 star b... read more
Quiet and efficient. I found there was space to double check my banking business discretely and securely before leaving. Good to have that feeling of confidence.
Fatima is very unorganized and slow to process a simple transaction turned into a complicated situation. I should have gone to the ATM.
